Terms of Use

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Acceptance

By downloading or using Jusstalk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Jusstalk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own, subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules.

App Access

Jusstalk includes three completed transcriptions. After those included transcriptions are used, a single non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks unlimited transcriptions. There is no subscription and no account is required.

The localized purchase price is displayed by the App Store before confirmation. Purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through StoreKit, and Jusstalk does not receive your payment-card details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Jusstalk for illegal purposes, to violate anyone's privacy or consent rights, or to record conversations where doing so is not allowed. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any audio you record, transcribe, edit, export, or share.

You agree NOT to:

AI Services Disclaimer

Jusstalk uses Mistral AI for transcription. When you explicitly export certain formatted files, Jusstalk may use DeepSeek to format the text. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or formatting mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing any transcription or exported content before relying on it.

Intellectual Property

The Jusstalk name, logo, app design, and original interface elements are owned by Jusstalk. The audio you record and the transcriptions you create remain yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Jusstalk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app, transcription services, exports, or network-dependent features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts unless another process is required by law.

Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
